Making Sense of Your Worth (MSOYW)

Many adults struggle to have healthy relationships and/or struggle to attach to their children in a secure way. Making Sense of Your Worth gives participants the opportunity to process their own attachment history and work through any lies they believe about themselves. Participants emerge with a stronger, healthier, self worth, and an increased ability to maintain healthy bonded relationships. Many caregivers find TBRI® implementation much easier after participating in Making Sense of Your Worth.
