Making Sense of Your Worth (MSOYW)

8-Week Virtual or In-Person Small Group

Professionals who help hurting families often come from a history of hurt themselves. Practicing radical self compassion is easier said than done, but it is just as necessary for staff as it is for families. Making Sense of Your Worth provides clarity about lies from our past, allowing us to emerge in truth and forgiveness. MSOYW teaches about healthy relationships with others and ourselves, and sets a foundation for self worth. When we understand our own worth, we gain an enriched capacity to serve.
