For Professionals
In order to best serve families, we provide professionals with training and small groups that promote personal healing and relational growth. We walk alongside you in your journey of meeting the deep needs of your clients to bring about lasting change.
TBRI® Training
Virtual or In-Person Course
Trust-based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) is a holistic, attachment rich, evidence-based intervention designed to meet the complex needs of people who have a history of trauma. Families and workplaces thrive under appropriate balances of structure and nurture. Everyone deserves to be heard and regulated. Whether your goal is to train your staff, learn more about implementing TBRI with families, or promote your own personal growth, TBRI training is a valuable tool for holistic intervention.
TBRI® Coaching
Virtual or In-Person Coaching Sessions
We want to set you up for success with TBRI® implementations on a personal and therapeutic level. With TBRI® coaching, we provide regular support on navigating complex cases, build trauma-informed workspaces, and identifying the need behind the behavior. Whether monthly check-ins or quarterly consultations, we customize coaching to fit the needs of clients and staff alike.
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSOYW)
8-Week Virtual or In-Person Small Group
Professionals who help hurting families often come from a history of hurt themselves. Practicing radical self compassion is easier said than done, but it is just as necessary for staff as it is for families. Making Sense of Your Worth provides clarity about lies from our past, allowing us to emerge in truth and forgiveness. MSOYW teaches about healthy relationships with others and ourselves, and sets a foundation for self worth. When we understand our own worth, we gain an enriched capacity to serve.
